Having read a half-dozen books on #ADHD (which isn't all that much, nonetheless...) I can confidently say that the last two are the best.
"Dirty Laundry", Richard Pink and Roxanne Emery
This is *the* book to get and give to ppl close to you, so that they get a clear-eyed view of what you're going through and how they can support.
"Taking Charge of Adult ADHD", Russell Barkley
It's a comprehensive, concise, plain language read with lots of details and steps from an expert.
