Per Donald Trump, his lawyers, and the Mueller Report, the Harris campaign is free to proudly, brazenly and publicly promote any materials distributed to the media that resulted from this criminal hack by a third party.
The Harris campaign can do so no matter how much they are told by the IC the hack was done by a foreign power and no matter how morally disgusting it is to use the stolen material.
That is the precedent that was set by Trump and the Russia hack.
