Private ,no tressspassing type signs and been unpleasant to walkers. Shes not only ticked off locals shes ticked of right to roam campaigners and walking groups as you simply arent allowed to tell people to keep off your land or threaten to prosecute them for tresspass ,we dont have any such law.So thats been the main issue not her gender etc .I think shes been generally unpleasant in other ways but thats been the big feud
