Secure app spawning does not change how Android's management of apps works in regard to memory. When memory is exhausted, the OS will kill frozen apps cached in memory followed by background apps, then foreground service apps and finally foreground apps. There's plenty of memory to have lots of app processes loaded and secure spawning doesn't increase memory usage to the point that there isn't. If you're having apps that are active being killed, something is wrong.
