Ordered a handcrafted thing whose price depends on weight of the finished thing, and the maker estimated a weight of *130gms* give or take a few.
The store now called to say the thing is ready, and the weight is *95gms*. I ask why such a huge difference from estimate and if they sized the thing right.
The store says they've the right size, and the weight is off because "we only give out estimates."
Yup, 27% off from estimate and a straight face. 😟
