"content": "I've been rockin' Aqara HomeKit Secure Video (HKSV) cameras for a while now. They offer from 2K - 4K video, and video is saved both to iCloud and to the device's micro SD card. It works great.\n\nMy only complaint is that HKSV is limited to 1080p. Considering that I already pay for the iCloud storage, and that facial recognition \u0026 motion detection are performed by my own Apple devices, this seems pretty weird to me.\n\nWhy is HKSV resolution limited to less than 4K in 2025?\n\ncc nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpq3rs4dtqrlpaksavjr8ssmjk8ddvlqsrenws0tyx4tnhamdk5ravqv7z6cj",
