1/ Following up on my album release, the album will not be appearing on the iTunes Store in Canada because it includes a cover song. According to Distrokid this is Apple's policy here. They said other iTunes stores also do the same thing, but didn't say which ones.
This is an issue between Apple and Distrokid, since there are many major artists on the iTunes Store that have covers included with their albums. So Apple must have some issue with the Distrokid handles the distribution of revenues
