His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the UAE and President of the Union of Horse Racing, and a large crowd of horse racing enthusiasts, witnessed the events of the third day, which saw the establishment of 20 rounds of 4 kilometers in the southern field of the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club in the capital Abu Dhabi. 'Qadiha' owned by Abdullah Jaber Hamad Al Hanzab won the first main round of the open bachelors, and took the cup, along with a prize of one million and a half dirhams, after completing the round in a time of 5:48.72 minutes. 'Melbi' owned by Salem Rashid Salem Al Khalifa won the second main round of the open bachelors, recording a time of 5:48.99 minutes. In the remaining rounds of the purebred Arabian horses, 'Al Zahra' owned by Ali Jaber Ali Al Mari won the third main round of the bachelors, recording a time of 5:51:24 minutes. 'Shiqran' owned by Ali Abdullah Hadi Al Buraidi outperformed his opponents in the fourth round of the open bachelors, completing the round in 5:49:20 minutes. In the fifth round of the open bachelors, 'Balsah' owned by Ahmed Muhammad Yezrebi Al Amri took the lead, recording a time of 5:48:17 minutes. 'Alia' owned by Saad Muhammad Hamad Al Mari dominated her events and won the sixth round, recording a time of 5:51:06 minutes. 'Ajiib' owned by Bader Sultan Muhammad Al Ghilani won the seventh round, recording a time of 5:46.75 minutes. 'Shawain' owned by Saad Muhammad Hamad Al Mari won the eighth round and the second place, recording a time of 5:47:15 minutes. 'Hidba' owned by Salem Rashid Salem Al Khalifa won the ninth round, and 'Walam' owned by Hilal Rashid Ali Al Shamisi won the tenth round. In the end, the winners were awarded trophies, and Abdullah Mubarak Al Muhairi, General Manager of the Union of Horse Racing, closed the festival, which will conclude tomorrow after four days, with the final day featuring 12 rounds of purebred Arabian horses, including two main rounds, one for the open bachelors and one for the open mares, with prizes of one million and a half million dirhams and one million dirhams, respectively. The winner of the second round for the open mares will receive a prize of one million dirhams.
