My opinion?
It's going to be Harris.
Why? Because the Democratic Party doesn't give back money, and they're going to expose themselves to credible legal challenges over their warchest funds if it's anyone else.
This mini-primary, is very likely a picture show to pander to skittish donors.
(Let's be clear tho, this is just my opinion. I'm not yelling at you about numbers now.)
