1. Badges aren't a ~Nostr~ thing as much as they are a client thing, there's https://badges.page/ and some clients I think integrate them to some extent. I just make a badge, host it somewhere and copy paste it to the relevant person like it's the 90's though.
2. Paging Alice (npub1vm2…uh2l), but I think the idea is to start a thread about anything and reply to it into oblivion, no rules. This includes flinging shit at anybody. Also the opposite of a HeavenThread, naturally.
