I think it's fucking retarded and doesn't need a BIP. This is forcing a change. Sats are already the standard and we don't need a BIP. There is not BIP for an official Bitcoin symbol either but we all know it as

This BIP is exactly like if I made a BIO that proposed that symbol but colored it yellow because I thought it would help adoption somehow.
