Who would they have been? Even if Italians count as non-white, I"d bet there were precious few Italians in England in 1200. France and the British Isles didn't have anybody but white people living there in 1200. Marco Polo hadn't found a land route to China yet. Neither Brendan the Bold nor the Vikings in Vinland brought back indigenous people with them. If there were any Black people in England in the 13th Century, I doubt white men were stealing slots from them at Cambridge.
