I have offered my genuine sincerest form of help that I can provide.

Unfortunately you are misinterpreting it as gaslighting, because you are not yet at a point where you want to, or are ready to heal. Ask anyone here to review anything that I have spoken to you. I would dare you to find anyone who would disagree with my heartfelt intentions to try and be there for you. This is the help you need. Not the help you want to hear.
