"content": "Well, for me the Garmin recovery time is quite accurate.\nBut there is a common misunderstanding about it. It doesn't mean you shouldn't train if you are not completely recovered. It is perfectly ok to do endurance workouts while there is recovery time left. Just don't expect to perform at your 100%. \nSo tomorrow I have my 2 hrs endurance ride while there is still some recovery time left ✌️",
