What's an ad?
It sounds like the show gets the same donations from businesses that as essentially an ad read.
Why not keep the donation segment and then add an option to allow producers to send in a self produced 30 second audio file that gets played at the end of show. No contracts. It's considered a custom audio donation.
Whaddya think?
If not I'd consider not allowing ad reads at all, it's kind of blurring the line.
