Brotherhood is nice, but when the dude is seeing shadow people and is collecting toasters to keep himself safe from the Aliens, then there should be someone who can help.
Sure "I got lucky" but that doesn't mean all Therapists are nasty people, you gotta find a good one, I mentioned in my Comment to him that I found a good Therapist who helped me. But like I said everyone is different everyone is wired differently
