I don’t disagree but my point is that the mental illness that “runs in her family” is likely caused by environmental factors, specifically modern food. And it’s not actually some genetic curse that is bound to happen. If she eats right, and her kin eats right, then she has a very high likelihood of being fine.

The “genetic” angle of all modern disease has been a nonsense scapegoat post-industrial fake food (early 1800s). No modern disease existed in any statistically significant quantity in populations who were eating traditionally. After fake food became prevalent, so did all of the disease and insanity. Mental illness is almost entirely avoidable just by eating right.
