I do find it really interesting, because these people know exactly what they're doing. What's good is there are youtubers now calling this stuff out properly and pointing out exactly how it all works. Found myself watching a video on GTA V slop content out of curiosity. It looks like there are some outright liars and ADHD producers posting up content purely designed to farm 12 year olds and there's whole niches for this kind of crap for people to scroll through.
