Request to inform RA WCom of any visa issues
Dear Community,
We are sending out this friendly reminder to all those who have had or are having difficulties getting a letter of recommendation for new visas or for extensions of existing visas.
Please inform us if you are a Newcomer or Aurovilian who:
- requested a letter but have not received it and your visa has expired;
- received a letter with a negative remark;
- received a letter for less duration than what you are eligible for (ie, one year instead of 5 years);
- any other issues you have faced in the application process for a visa recommendation letter or for the visa application process itself.
It is very important for us to have a record of this information so if you have not done so already, please write to workingcom@auroville.services or visit us during our open house time on Tuesday mornings from 10 to 12 at the old Koodam office (entrance and parking opposite the Auroville Library). Names and personal information will be held in confidence.
