another good tactic is making up bogus shit in all seriousness, preferably that you can prove wrong, both to test if they will dox you and to muddy the water and ruin their credibility if shit does leak. you can also use this to push them into confession on the ground of them already knowing shit about you like mutually assured destruction but actually they dont because you made it up
