I remember Torcon 3 as the convention I was running around with my hair on fire for five days (as one of an entire team of programming staff with their hair on fire) because the guy in charge of programming for the convention disappeared a week before, with the entire schedule completely messed up. So we were fixing it on the fly.
So, if you were scheduled for 4 panels in a row without a lunch break? Not my fault, but I was the one getting yelled at. Even *Connie Willis* yelled at me!
