The sheer volume of BlueSky has two other effects. Firstly, there's always a replyguy to offer a shitty comment that makes you wish you hadn't posted anything!
Second, your posts get lost in a deluge of other content. Unless you're posting every thirty minutes, or have lots of other folks resharing what you post, your content here crushed and lost.
Scale matters.
