I'm fine if my wife never goes back to work. Our youngest is 1, oldest is 15, my bride is 41 so by the time the little one is out of the house we'll both be pushing 60, and our oldest will be 33. I don't see her going back to work then but she'll likely volunteer at our parish until we have grandkids or I retire.
