Absolutely goated paragraph here. Love to hear thay. Just quit vaping a week ago, thinking of quitting the zaza aswell. My alcohol tolerance has gone to zero, so even a small cup of wine will do the job. Probably getting enough sleep and drinking enough water are the next big things.
