Also communication has been established. I've been moving my hand over Matilda's head, from her nose toward her ears, and then giving her the treat in my hand when she sits. Yesterday she wanted a piece of the cheese I was eating. First she tried to take it. Then she sat. First time I've seen her think about what I want from her as well as what she wants from me. Of course I gave her the cheese!
