I'm not sure what the D-sub has on its pinout, but the cable I have is RCA audio only. I'd love to get hold of a compatible breakout that has all the supported interfaces.
I also have the M-Audio Audiophile 2496, which has MIDI in and out -- that's installed in the QuickSilver, but I might just install both in the MDD.
