I need to buy a new bbq. Just had a basic gas barbie and she done. Would need to replace grill/hot plate and burners = $275
Never ran the charcoal or a smoker..
Should i just buy the cheapest chinese piece of shit gas barbie i can find, or should i consider something proper given 90% of our meals are cooked on it?
The prices get so insane.
Maybe i should just go back to cooking inside and stack harder ?
