What do you use for calling international phone numbers?
I've been using #Skype, which will be shutting down.
Here are some alternative services I've seen mentioned:
1. Google Voice
2. Flowroute
3. Talk360
4. voip.ms
5. Twillo
6. jmp.chat
7. CallCentric
