I just went to quot a job at an apartment complex.
After spending 45 minutes or so walking around with the head of maintenance taking pictures and measurements I give him my shoot from the hip price and then he takes me to the office to get set up as a vendor.
Office lady tells me there's a $99 fee to become a vendor.
