I believe this stance is too weak to maintain a functioning civilization. (Needless to say the current climate is far worse).

I believe that all felonies should be punished with death, misdemeanor crimes against persons should be punished bodily, and misdemeanor crimes against property should be punished financially (except in the case of indigents who get the bodily treatment also).

I am also a prison abolitionist (as you can see I did not list tax-victim-funded "time out" centers as a resolution for crime).
