Because my doc is holding part of my anti-anxiety med hostage for more lab work, I’m regressing into more anxiety, worse depression, bad insomnia, and daily exhaustion, and I wonder if I’m really just this close to a collapse in any given day. I already wasn’t particularly happy with where my mental health was before this. But trying to do something about it with the weight of it pushing me down isn’t likely, is it? Maybe tomorrow I’ll be awake enough to get to the lab instead of desk napping.
