Evening, Toots! Long day today. I went to the local Mental Health place for a cooking session- started with a walk to the supermarket for ingredients; and then we made Katsu Sando! (Like a thick pork schnitzel sandwich, with thinly sliced fresh cabbage and delicious sauce.) One of the participants is Japanese, and her recipe was wonderful. Another person made awesome coffees. I had my Katsu sliced into small pieces because my teeth are still not fixed, but it was still good.
