Hot damn, systemd-resolved has a new debug command to dump the contents of the local resolver cache for inspection! Also an option to retain cache entries beyond their nominal TTL, but done right! The prolonged cache entries are only used if DNS upstreams are unreachable, not as broken unconditional TTL clamping.
