Ok, so I fucked around and found out: you can run Bitcoin Core + Specter on your server, create a watch-only wallet by importing your xpub and use that to derive new addresses as needed.
I think there’s a much simpler setup (xpub-tool, for example) but I couldn’t make derive the same addresses as my Nunchuk wallet. Tinkered with derivation paths to no avail.
Say, I have a nprofile1qqsvxq03xdev3uxehjqcdkr5lfzl5vawmcf7vm6ps73m6ghwg8y4k2shaefxp (nprofile…efxp) wallet. And I want to run a watch-only version of it on my server to generate HD addresses for incoming payments or to assign to users.
How would I go about this in the simplest manner possible?
