Alex Gleason (npub108p…yev6) DeadBead (npub10mf…9q9h) i never said that m8. my point was that for *optimal health* humans should consume animal products, and this is especially true for babies and growing children. for babies, yes i think a vegan diet can be extremely detrimental or even life threatening.
adults can get by without animal products but in doing so you're denying your ancestral omnivore diet that all of your ancestors had for the past million years or so.
peta seems to be very hypocritical. maybe they're just making a business out of it and don't really believe in animal welfare? maybe it's turned into something different than was originally intended. idk what their problem is
