Some reflections from trying to start worker-owned tech coops (co-op startups = co-ups).
1) Co-create and sign co-founder agreements right at the start.
A co-up requires dedicated work, by more than one self-managing worker. The co-founders need to agree on an equitable split of that work, and commit to doing it roughly according to an agreed timeline. This will need to be modified as time passes, so the contract needs to refer to a canonical version, with an agreed process for changes.
