i'm thinking of the millions of dollars that went to Mississippi for welfare and to restore the Jackson water system-- only to be stolen by wealthy GOPs while the people remain desperately poor & the water supply is uncertain
GOPs aren't going to be producing efficient clean energy in areas under their control, they're going to divert that money to their own pockets
we have to get more strategic about these things
