I can understand the "Dirty Dozen" style, post-suicide-mission commutation of a prison sentence, but WTF? He only got an initial 10 year prison sentence?
Multiply that initial sentence by six and now we're talking realistic, plus the notion that a truly heinous, barbaric crime that included dismembering victims would even be considered eligible for military missions with subsequent clemency is inconceivable.
