Not really. All of the evidence supports evolution, and none of the evidence supports creation. Creation has nothing but assertion without empirical basis. It's possible that the initial spark of life was the result of some creation process, but the entire body of evidence supports evolution as the process by which the most rudimentary form of life became the most complex. And in that body of evidence is the probability that life began out of some natural process, and not some act of divine creation. These are not equally likely explanations.
