I have to wonder about this kind of take, which I have seen lately (not counting the very weird 'BEST PRESIDENT' types who were screeching it before he was elected) --
I can't name a president in my lifetime who has reached a C on a generous curve, and Biden is definitely bottom-of-the-barrel in boatloads of categories. I understand your opinion and you are entitled to have it but I cannot fathom where it is coming from
