There are sequences that execute within us in an autonomous fashion. Programs that run automatically & largely unassisted. The outcomes are known. It's just how it's done. You get up, take a piss & put on the kettle.
I've become very aware that I explain things to myself by explaining things to others. I talk about the things I want to gain clarity on. I know it can sometimes seem arrogant & disrespectful.
Becoming aware of something running autonomously allows you to bring it into your consciousness. You can choose to continue continue acting out what was previously unconscious. You can also choose something else.
Just bringing that autonomous program into your consciousness, makes it perform better. It doesn't want to be removed. It's like an irrational, limiting belief - it'll hide & camouflage itself to avoid being discovered.
