Turns out that due to me buying the Lightroom subscription via the Microsoft store while in Canada, Adobe thought I was still based there. But the Microsoft Store Lightroom subscriptions max out at 1TB. So I cancel that and head to Adobe's site to upgrade, then discover they don't let me change my region from Canada to Iceland and the card always declines because of a country mismatch. And when I go to try and change the region, Iceland doesn't seem to be an option.
