What I saw on the news was his spokesperson saying they’ve been open about his sleep apnea since (I think) 2008. But his medical records say absolutely nothing about sleep apnea, so it was just another blatant lie.
Could be that ball thing if he needs electric-shock mini-lobotomies before public appearances either so he can remember who he is or to train him to stay on-prompter.
