So diversity is achieved, in general?
If so and people of all backgrounds are now applying is the preferential bias still needed? If all the other kinds of barriers like access to finance and education are also delivering for most is it available to all groups in society?
If not what needs to happen to enable it?
Because I would hope the end game is for points systems to become irrelevant.
I'm not trying to prove some point btw, just wanting to understand why discrimination is needed
