It does not absolve anyone of repercussions of what they say, does not preclude *community* from censuring someone for hate speech
Those mis-applying First Amendment (FA) are violating fundamental principle on which country was founded: that all [men] are equal
“Other” people are simply seeking to live a life of liberty and happiness, and FA are seeking to abridge that
