I saw a recipe like that. Another one was just those two ingredia, plus vinegar to keep it spicy longer than a few hours.
Since that one was from "The Mustard Queen" I decided to trust her for at least one round of testing.
It matched the takeout pretty well. I'm definitely bookmarking the pepper and oil, tho. Comparing my attempts to theirs each time.
