If I were a Democratic strategist I’d advise the whole party to start calling attention to how Trump-appointed judges, from SCOTUS on down, are hell-bent on not only dismantling things like consumer protections, food safety, and the Endangered Species Act, but hampering the federal government’s ability to deliver services to citizens.
