Bad mental health day.
Without the right supports in my life, it could very easily have become a bad mental health week, month, or even year.
Days like today are why I will never claim to be cured from depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. But at the same time, I’m not weighted down by those conditions like I used to be.
Yes it sucks but it could suck harder. :/
