1) jump the fence, minimum 5 years bar before legal application
2) any felonies committed in the US are a permanent and immitigable bar. any misdemeanors greater than a parking or speeding ticket are 2 year bars each.
3) end birthright citizenship for parents of illegals, and children of illegal couples.
4) tax remittances.
5) cost of repatriation is a debt that must be repaid before reentry.
