Biden continually stresses the value of Palestinian lives. He restored US aid to Palestinians, and he sent extra aid when the war started. He pressured Israel into daily humanitarian pauses, allowing aid into Gazan hospitals, and limiting the ground offensive.
You can wish Biden were doing something differently, but accusing him of deriving "perverse pleasure" from children's deaths is just weird.
